Frequently Asked Questions

Plants

It is the nature of handmade ceramics and living plants to have some variations in color, size and finish. Because each plant and pot is unique, you may notice subtle differences with your potted plant and the picture online.

Yes, if the planter you picked for your plant has a drainage hole and saucer. Doing so allow us to recycle/reuse the nursery plastic pot and reduce the impact we have on the environment.

If the planter you’ve chosen doesn’t provide adequate drainage, we leave the plant in its nursery plastic pot in order to make watering process easier.

When shipping plants we try to protect them as much as we can with recyclable packaging, as we know the journey can be impervious.

If your plant had a tough time, or your pot is damaged, let us know within 30 days using the contact form and we’ll sort it.
